Order Confirmation & Production

Before we begin production on your custom sign, our team will confirm the final design and order details with you.

- Please review your order carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

- If we do not hear from you in time, production may proceed and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Cancellations & Custom Orders

As each sign is individually made to order, returns are not accepted for custom items. However, we do allow cancellations only if the product has not yet entered production.

- To request a cancellation, contact us at info@thelibertysigns.com as soon as possible.

- Once your sign enters the production phase, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Damaged Deliveries

If your sign arrives damaged, please take the following steps immediately:

- Notify the delivery carrier and The Liberty Signs within 48 hours of receiving the item.

- Provide photos or video evidence of the damage, including the packaging, to help us verify and process the issue.

- Important: Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window may void your eligibility for a resolution or replacement.

Warranty & Repairs

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all custom signs.

- We will ship a replacement part or arrange a suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Errors

We make every effort to ensure accurate and timely delivery. However, in cases where the carrier confirms delivery but the product is missing:

- We will coordinate directly with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

- While we are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that go missing, we will do our best to assist you in every way we can.

- Slight differences in finish, size, or color may naturally occur between products.
